Adams Handmade Soaps
Our Handmade Soaps contain NO genetically modified oils (GMO). Buy with confidence, you are not supporting the "engineered food industry". Soap makers that use conventional soybean oil and/or corn oil are not only using inferior oils, but are also supporting an industry that genetically modifies products and may be putting small farmers out of business. Google: "Genetically Modified Foods" and see for yourself if you feel comfortable supporting the GMO industry.
We add no Parabens, sodium lauryl sulfate (or similar), unnatural preservatives, or petroleum products to our soaps. All soaps are vegan except "Goat Milk Soaps", and "CinnaBee"(contains Honey and Beeswax). A full list of ingredients can be obtained at the Spa.

Established in 2014, Tess & James has been growing slowly into what it is today -- artisanal style, all natural products, bath and cosmetic goodies, dry goods and sundries -- all made in small batches from our home studio in Rhinebeck, NY, in the heart of the Hudson River Valley. At our core remains a simple model: to create products that make us feel good, to keep production and sourcing as local as possible, to keep our ingredients natural and simple, and to maintain the integrity of each and every product by hand making, hand pouring and hand packaging each and every one.
We celebrate a love of all things that smell good and look pretty, naturally -- we also celebrate a love of ingredients that we can pronounce! When possible, we source raw materials and packaging from New York, and everything else is sourced domestically. We also choose packaging that is BPA free, reusable, recyclable and often contains post consumer recycled materials.
